I'm very satisfied with my ps3 i think i have 11 games now which all are fun to play, i use it everyday, i put movies music use the media server. its a great system all around, but i dont have linux on it yet. and i give it a 10 ahaha

9/10 game library is getting better, but still waiting for more great games.
I love it.
Although i own only 2 games, [Warhawk and Rock Band], i just have been short on money...
I really want alot more games, but i can live.
I use it MOST days, although with school, sometimes i cant.
Im pretty satisfied with it.

I was overhyping the PS3 in my mind before I got it. But im very happy I did that, cause I am hella satisfied with the purchase I've made. Well, I have about.. 8 games right now? GH3, Motorstorm, NBA2K8, NHL2K7, Assassin's Creed, NBA Street: Homecourt, Call of Duty 4: MW.
No, it is not currently collecting any dust. I wipe it everyday before and after using. I dont even like keeping it on that long cause the system gets a bit hot.
I do prefer this system over my other consoles, glad I never bought an 360, dont get me wrong, the 360 is a superb system, not mentioning the overheating problems, but overall the PS3 is still the ****.
9.5/10, nothings perfect, but the PS3 comes very close.

Virtual Fighter 5 which I never play (don't know why I opened the package)
Motorstorm - came with it, at first it was allright, but never play it anymore
Ratchet and Clank ToD - First game I bought for my PS3 (before I even had a PS3) - played it once, and meaning to play it again but always forget about it
Orange Box - Only really played Portal and Team Fortress 2, very much worth the investment
Burnout Paradise - The only game I play since it came out, and online is fun when you have people who actually try challenges
Compared to my wii, very much yes. But my wii is started to get a bit more attention since Brawl is out. But I love my PS3 much more.Zitat:

Hell to the No.
The only games that I can see myself play which I do are Warhawk and Resistance.
My PS3 is more of a Blu-Ray player than gaming console.

Yeh the wii sucks unless you have loads of mates round 24/7 (i choose to play footie instead wit mates) and xbox 360 just doesn't do it for me - its a PS3 but a little it worse (paying for online would do my nut in!)

It is on 24/7, I am running a server in linux with BF 2 and sometimes Wolfenstein ET when my mates ask for it.
I am trying to set up a CS:S Server today actually.
Right now it is running for 4 and a half weeks straight.
It doesn't get abnormaly hot but I sometimes turn it off for 30 minutes or so.
So, PS3 as a server = win.
Next week I will try to install Apache or XAMPP.
Dunno if my Connection will handle it tho.

I love it because it is so damn quiet.
I had a PC server in my bedroom before and it was loud as ****.
I barely hear the PS3 at night.
And it keeps the mosquito's away :D
